For many years it was the number one dream of children to grow up and be a famous actor one day. Before this era in time you saw those that wanted to be astronauts or even those that had political aspirations, but never before has a childhood dream been as big as that of being an actor. And while the biggest of these fantasies was to be a Hollywood actor you will now see that there are many out here that put their aspirations at being a famous bollywood film star.
Although it is the exception rather than the rule for someone not to have heard of this multi-million dollar film industry, there are still those that know nothing about it. However, you will find that these people are the type that do not know much about the world outside their lives in general as they are like the ostridge with its head in the sand. Either way, this Mumbai based film industry has begun to change and shape the way films are made and how they are looked like all over the world, and millions of children, not just in India, aspire to one day be seen in famous bollywood videos. But how does one live that dream?
One of the biggest ways to step into any film industry has been through modelling. A great example of this would be old film stars like Marilyn Monroe. While she started out in modelling she quickly became a household name through her rolls in big Hollywood films. However, one of the biggest issues with this is that although these men and women were quite beautiful on pictures their acting abilities often were lacking. What’s more, this same avenue into the movies has been seen in the bollywood film industry as well.
While modelling has been seen and utilized all over the world you will find that in certain cultures it is looked upon more importantly than in others. A good example of this is in India. While other countries patronize their models this is a country where mothers go so far as to instruct their daughters to emulate these people as much as possible. And because of their extreme popularity on the pages of magazines and such, it has almost guaranteed their popularity when they stepped off the pages and into the screen of bollywood masala movies.
Furthermore, while you do see those models that do not have one acting bone in their bodies there are many others that have taken the global film industry by storm. With top names like Aishwarya Rai and John Abraham up on the big screen it is easy to see why children all over the world dream of hitting it big in bollywood news. What’s more, it is because this film industry is such a breath of fresh air it has become widely popular all over the globe making it not only popular but also one of the largest film industries in the world. So the next time you dream of hitting it big think of bollywood first.
